Changes since VisualBase 7.1.59.

VisualBase 9.3.5 is in Mainstream Support until 12 December 2028, followed by Extended Support until 12 December 2030. Because Microsoft support for .NET Framework 4.6.2 ends on 12 January 2027, continued support requires a certified supported-runtime uplift.
